It is hot today in California, and though I can endure this unseasonably hot weather I hope that it cools down in time for the weekend. I am itching to test out Sailaja’s Summer Cooler Drinks while entertaining friends over the weekend.

June 19, 2009SERIOUSLY, REALLY? According to Dr. Helen Mary Thomas, ghee’s “…lubricating properties help improve sexual vitality by keeping the nerve endings alive. Its vitamin E content make it a good choice for strengthening the nervous system and building muscle.”
AND did you know Ghee is essential in the Ayurvedic diet? Ghee is seen as being more potent than milk because it is transformed by heat. A Yogi, Joanna Johnstonhas obtained evidence in support of ghee in promoting health and healing.

Baby Food – Bollywood Style
July 6, 2008Tasty Baby is a big hit with my son. Tasty Baby can be left in the fridge to defrost and snacked on cold. It also warms easily in boiling water (just drop the cantainer in for 3-4 minutes, or it can also be microwaved for 30 seconds). Flavors range from ‘Peas on Earth’ to ‘Bollywood Baby’, my favorite!
Here are some great receipes using the flavor BOLLYWOOD Tasty Baby
